Yes, Parul Garg Beauty is committed to ethical beauty. All our products are 100% cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your status directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by country and are calculated at the checkout page.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with high-quality ingredients and are dermatologically tested. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on your inner arm before full application.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pin codes within India.
